Miss Gladys Staples, who is 83 years young, knitted 250 caps which she donated to local charities. Two hundred of them went to the the Amerrican Red Cross while 25 were donated to the Thurman Brisben Homelss Shelter and 25 to the Spotsylvania Emergency Association.
